These villas offer a menage of French aesthetics and rich traditional Rajasthani elements. The three-storey villa has a living space with a library on the ground, two master bedrooms each with a large attached bathroom on the first and second level, and a self-sufficient ultra-modern kitchen. The spacious 500 sq.ft terrace offers lavishness and comfort with its unique pergola, where one can revel in and relax.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and offers an old worldly charm along with modern amenities.
Every element at the villa has been personally handpicked by Upen & Bruno from some of the best-known brands, such as Manuel Canovas Paris, Camelot Mumbai, Gulmohar Lane, Nicobar, Good Earth etc.

Smiling Sparrows Temple Yard our new project adjacent to Smiling sparrows terrace Villa is very close to our heart.
This three-storey villa has a spacious living room on the ground level with a comfortable day bed, a smart TV, a library, and an attached rest room.
The ultra-modern kitchen with an elegant dining space is equipped with a double induction stove, microwave, fridge, water purifier, crockery and an nespresso coffee machine. Care has been taken to ensure that your stay will be comfortable, and the ground floor is equipped with an AC as well as a room oil heater.
The villa accommodates a maximum of 3 guests.
The master bedroom on the first floor is straight out of a fairy tale with a lovely terrace garden. The terrace garden will pamper your senses as you sit with a cup of coffee or relax with a glass of wine. The bedroom is equipped with an AC as well as a heater, a digital safe and a super comfortable queen size bed.
The large en-suite bathroom has a rainfall shower with 24 hours of hot water. Our toiletries include specifically curated ayurvedic products and hypoallergenic bathrobes. The jacuzzi on the second floor is in a lush green spot.
